I went into this blind, seeing it on KU as an audiobook.
A married couple with a very unique arrangement sets their sights on making the world better - in a very strange way. Dinah, an LA homicide detective, has a complicated relationship with her family, but not her husband, Dr. Joe Mario, a psychiatrist. He earned her trust and complete honesty a long time ago. Or did he?
This was such a a fun, twisty ride that kept me engaged all the way through!!! I loved the multiple narrators bringing all these characters to life as well.

This book was filled with unexpected twist but if you are paying attention you can figure out the main plot. The ending I was not a fan of as I feel that those who should have been punished did not really get a feasible punishment.

The plot and storylines are good, but there isn’t really a character I found myself rooting for. I liked the unhinged dynamic between Dinah and Joe. It had potential, but something still felt missing from the overall story.
