A sports romance book with a mega pop star (insert Taylor Swift), and an athlete (Travis Kelce, but make him baseballer... so maybe this is a JLO and ARod instead?).

Overall it was a good quick read.

I do think that there could have been more depth, the drinking, the death of his brother, the mother relationship situations, lack of friends, etc. This could have been a bit more, but it was alright.

Was the chemistry in this book bad? Yes. Do I love the baseball spin on Taylor and Travis? Yes.

This reads like Taylor Swift fan fiction. Lacey is a mega superstar, and Jimmy is a catcher on the Orioles. They're both unlikable, one dimensional, and have zero chemistry with each other. Nothing was resolved, and the book abruptly ends. It felt like a first draft and not a completed book.

Also, the baseball parts didn't make sense. At least watch a couple of games of baseball before deciding to write about it.
