Gritty, fast paced, and weird—all things we can expect from LaRocca. The ending wasn’t entirely original, but other than that, the weirdness felt new to me. I’m not usually a fan of supernatural elements, but LaRocca seems to do it in a way that doesn’t feel cheesy to me
