I loved the twists and turns and unexpected surprises. This book had me hooked to the very end. There were parts where the banter between characters had me laughing out loud. I absolutely fell in love with James. I will never see lavender without thinking of him and this book. This book had so many elements but I never felt lost or confused. Brilliantly written!

This was a roller coaster of emotions with characters that I fell in love with and cried with and cheered for. I knew J.T. could write but this is next-level beautiful. It is hard to say more without giving anything away and everyone deserves to go into this blind. It is the best way to experience it. And I really hope, if you haven't already, you stop reading this now and go read/listen to Perfect Strangers. It's practically perfect.

What. The. Crap. Did. Just. Read?!?!? I have no idea how to rate this book. I have no idea what this book even is. Is it romance? Is it a thriller? Is it just straight weird and crazy…yes. It is absolutely all those things. I would say if you are going to read this book you should go in blind. The twist and turns will just totally mess with your mind if you do that. But … I’m still not sure what to rate it. I mean, it was a crazy trip but I do have to say as a romance reader I was kind of disappointed. I think I was disappointed…but I’m not completely sure. We did get a HEA … I guess? And the ending.. it just a lot to process. I don’t know how I feel about this book. Ha!

What a story

This book, I'm kinda speechless. I absolutely loved and hated this book. It was not what I was expecting at all. J.T. Geissinger is one of my favorite authors, and the more I read the more I love. Would definitely recommend if you love a twist and amazing writing.

dark emotional mysterious sad tense fast-paced

This one was hard. It was up and down for me. I did read it fast. At first I disliked it as I'm not a fan of see the person and right to love. Then I loved some of the twists. Then it was too twisty so I disliked it again. Idk not horrible just a bit too much for me.

after the 60% mark there was no point where i knew what was coming next but i loved it
