Alright- I am ready for Witchy Vol. 2!
With praise from Noelle Stevenson, the creator of Nimona (my favorite graphic novel), I should have known I would enjoy this.
I recieved this book in a book box (oops, I forgot which one) with another book and some goodies. I just put it on my book shelf and there it sat.
Unable to do anything else today, and knowing I start another book club read soon, I decided it was a good day to read a graphic novel. I reluctantly picked this up.
Why was I so reluctant? I don't know, because I don't think of myself as a huge fan of graphic novels... especially ones I myself didn't choose and know nothing about. But here I was again... completely blown away with the stories and the art from both, the pictures and the words.
I not only recommend this graphic novel, but give it 5 stars and cannot wait for volume 2!

I enjoyed this and it’s pretty easy to understand the magic and the world. I am looking forward to seeing what happens next. I did enjoy the characters and I hope we get to learn more about them and have them developed more.

Ridiculed if your hair is too short, killed if it's too long; gahhhh. Well then. Great art. Let's see wha volume 2 holds. It also kind of reminds me of Motherland Fort Salem.
