This was my first read by this author and overall, I enjoyed this cozy mystery. My biggest qualm is there was so much build up to who-done-it and then so little payoff afterward. The ending and conclusions felt so rushed in comparison to the build up of the rest of the story which was disappointing.

This is a new series by Lynn Cahoon - and I typically really enjoy them. This one didn’t spark joy but I’ll try the next one. It may be the narration that I was not enjoying.
