I read this in February and gave it two stars but now in May I couldn't tell you a single thing about this book even after rereading the blurb. It has been compleatly erased from my memory having obviously been deemed so boring it would just take up precious space in my brain.

I feel like the first part went on for too long and was a little slow; also the timeline of it was very confusing, but I guess that’s the point? I enjoyed the actual breathing method part of the breathing method though.
