Poirot a Bolzano lmaooo

This is truly a strange mash-up of a detective protagonist with a classic spy villain. It really doesn’t make sense and mostly comes off as bizarre.

Real rating: 3.5 stars.

This one felt a little disjointed. That feeling didn't take away too much from my overall enjoyment of the mystery, though.

Not one of her best, but I still liked spending tome with Poirot

Well. It's a story. Messy and ridiculous and somewhat relatable to our current political climate the world over but also racist and it barely holds together. Still enjoyable somehow. Odd stuff.

One of the more campy if Christie's books. Very enjoyable and felt like she was having fun with the troupes I'd detective novels. Just didn't love all the racist descriptions of "Oriental" people.

It was a simple fun read for a 9 hours of train journey. One can really enjoy reading it once although this is not the best of Agatha Christie.
