This one checked my boxes: it’s YA which I tend to enjoy, there’s a sci-fi element to it, and the premise is just kinda weird. If you like those things, too, this one might be for you. I read everyday, and thought about reading when I wasn’t.

Loved this series. Very unique and interesting. Got very attached to the main characters. The author created a very complete and original world and it sucked me in. I am one of those people that has to try hard not to talk to people in the lingo or dialect of book I am reading and with this one I found myself trying to communicate via my "Noise." Ha maybe that's crazy... Ah well.
