While I liked the book, the story and character arc was really predictable and a bit .. boring.

It’s a sweet read, but certainly won’t stick with me for more than a day or two.

This is the first book in a series and I am definitely hooked on this universe. Charlie is a struggling journalist and Duke is her key to success. I loved how tenacious Charlie was and how clearly Duke enjoyed having her around as much as he tried to deny it.

Has the author ever spoken to someone who plays hockey or did she just google terminology and the basics? Big mistakes on this part....just sayin'

Not a bad book. A little short and predictable but overall not a bad story

I love hockey books! Love Em. So this was no different. Duke Harrison was hot and Charlie was so fun and I loved reading these two.

Fun read.

Charlie and her friends are so fun characters. Gonna have to check if there’s a story for them too…

I wanted more of Duke! Do I get more of him thru the series?

Duke and Charlie are great together! Power Play brings a down on her luck reporter trying to catch her big break. This break includes a hockey player who hasn't had the best of times being in the news.

I loved Charlie and her quirkiness! She was fun character and you wanted to cheer her on throughout the book. Duke was all kinds of broody man and I wanted to know all his secrets. You just know he had been wronged at some point. These two together were very entertaining and smoking hot! Fun to read!
