Oh my teenager self LOVED this. I still remember when I used to save money (I still do) to go to downtown and buy books, but that time I saved money just to get the rest of the series. I was obsessed and binged the rest of the books.
I wanted to re read the book for so long, and since we’re not getting the movie anytime soon, why not just pick up the book.
I’m even thinking of reading the rest of the books. It’s been almost 10 years since I read them. I still remember bits of the plot, but not the whole thing so it’s going to be like the first time, like when Regina George said “I was half a virgin”, just like that.

5 stars because wow this filled that cheesy, entertaining, fast paced, 2000s void I had. I ate it right up. *audiobook

I loved this book, I can't wait to read the second one! :)
Nora isn't happy to have Patch for a lab partner in Biology, but the teacher will not be persuaded to change. Since they're lab partners, they spend more time together and Nora can't help some of the attraction she feels. However, her life seems to be in the balance. She's managed to evade death too many times for her comfort and she wants to know what Patch's role is either in the death attempts or in saving her.
Nora and Patch have an interesting relationship. This is a great romance and storyline. Patch's struggles and the end of the story is plausible. Well-told and entertaining.

Posso dizer que sem dúvida é uma das sagas mais marcantes da minha adolescência, tem uma historia super envolvente e apaixonante.
Sou apaixonada pelo Patch desde os meus 15 anos, hoje com 24 fico sem palavras ao ler algumas das falas dele.

Bueno, que decirles, Patch cambio la química de mi cerebro en mi adolescencia y se mantiene en la actualidad.
Me gustó mucho cómo se fue desenvolviendo la relación entre Nora y Patch. Amo a Patch. Adoro a Nora. Los demás personajes... bueno, equis, la verdad. Tal vez cree más conexión con Vee en el próximo libro.
Al momento de releer este libro, sinceramente, no recordaba absolutamente nada. Así que todo fue una sorpresa y puedo decir que la trama es... floja, o sea, entiendo cómo surgió todo, cómo se llego a ese desenlace pero mmmh... fue todo muy "¿y ya?". Aún así me encanto! Pero más por Nora y Patch que otra cosa.
En fin, estoy ansiosa de seguir con esta saga, me emociona más porque no recuerdo nada de nada.
Posdata: Nora tiene un léxico impresionante, imagínate pensar con palabras tan... enrevesadas lol
