Fun fact about me I absolutely adore grumpy x sunshine trope so I don’t have to really explain why I loved this book.
I will never shut up about Jack and rose they are so cute omgg I love them so much.

good then eh

Liked it and then got to know more from Jacks POV and lost interest but considering I was mostly through the book at this point I decided to finish it.

3.75 or 4 out of 5 stars

i am in love with jack hawthorne
will always and forever love marriage of convenience
it was just a book with barely any plot. not like it's the most amazing book in the world.

I’ve decide not to rate this book because I just don’t have a rating for it if that makes sense.

Unfortunately I couldn’t connect to it therefore I didn’t really enjoy it.

Marriage for one is a run of the mill romance story between a grumpy rich guy and a sarcastic hard-working, bubbly girl. There was nothing wrong with the story particularly, but it just didn’t hit the spot. I feel like this story could’ve been told in 300 pages rather than 500, and although I liked it well enough, something was missing for me. I didn’t ship Rose and Jack as much as I usually do in these kinds of books, and overall I feel like this is just a forgettable story.
It was a fun time, but not a really good time if you know what I mean.
