I’m unsure why this one girl I follow raved so hard about this one. Maybe I wasn’t in the right mood set but it didn’t do it for me. I liked the couple and the sx was good, but the writing lacked a bit for me. And there was no need for this to be almost 500 pages
I don’t know why exactly this book didn’t hit all the way for me - I really enjoyed the character & dialogue! One thing I really enjoyed was that the character were very realistic. There was no childish, ditzy, impulsive FMC & overly aggressive, creepy MMC. The storyline was a bit outlandish but it’s a romance through & through - silly, over the top plot & all.
The storyline is average. It’s a book I would normally give 3 stars. However, the writing -dear god- the writing was so bad for huge chunks of the book. That’s what knocked it down to two stars.
this was enjoyable even though jack had no personality whatsoever. i like how this included suspense, romance and gave me the opportunity to be an absolute nerd about medical facts.
okay so listen, Rose and Jack are cute and the titanic references had me sobbingggg but i have a bone to pick with jack. why did he keep telling rose to stop crying
