Short & sweet. It’s definitely got a positive vibe but don’t expect anything in-depth. It’s a super quick read that can help you get out the door when you’re feeling a bit sluggish.

While full of tips about running and how to get started, this is about starting anything you want to do, and for some reason, haven’t. Worthwhile read for anyone who wants to get off the couch, literally and figuratively.

I love Robin's energy in her Peloton classes, and it totally transferred to her book. As an experienced runner, I mostly just wing my nutrition, so it was good to learn some tips on when/what/how much to eat before and during running. Running books always inspire me and hers was no different.

Some sections were this book was helpful/what I’d hoped... others really needed a better editor or something- it felt like she wasn’t sure if her audience was beginning runners or marathoners about to switch to an ultra...

Not really new information, but I still found the audiobook fun and motivational.
