I saw ALL TOGETHER being praised on Twitter so I took a chance on a new-to-me author and I'm so glad I did! I absolutely loved ALL TOGETHER and read it in one sitting because I didn't want to put it down. Brill Harper's writing immediately pulled me in and then her characters kept me going because I adored Penelope, Fletch, and Shane.
Nerdy and awkward might describe Penelope but she's also insatiably curious and completely ready to lose her virginity - if only she could figure out how to talk to guys. Enter best friends and new roommates Fletcher and Shane who are all too happy to help, though they've never shared a woman before. Shane was cocky, flirty, and a complete hedonist and I loved every bit of his playful personality. On the flip side, Fletch is a steady and calm Boy Scout who always takes care of others; but when he starts playing with Shane and Pen, a dominant side he never knew comes out. Each character was really well developed and I fell for each of them individually and even more as a triad.
One of my favorite parts about ALL TOGETHER is that it's an exploration for all of them. Pen might be the virgin but a poly relationship is new for Shane and Fletch too and it takes a bit for everyone to work out the dynamics. Shane and Fletch have never been intimate together and while they start out keeping them all about Penelope, they soon realize they have growing feelings for each other as well. I also loved the way the book was divided into each of their POVs allowing us to see the evolving feelings, thoughts, and personalities as they get more involved in each other and explore new parts of their sexuality.
And of course the sex was HOT, HOT, HOT and my Kindle practically caught on fire from these three. As a cherry on top, Pen, Fletch, and Shane are also really sweet together and I enjoyed watching them support each other. This will definitely not be my last book by Brill Harper!

I’m always kinda drawn to the “innocent girl is taught” trope, but it has to be done well and this one did it pretty well! I was able to buy her innocence not blooming until college. I liked the two boys, i liked the kinda dom-y vibes of the brother, i like the complication of it being her best friend’s brother and friend. good angst, good sex! better than i expected.

Hey, um, wow? Omg??? That might’ve been the sexiest, most sensual book I’ve ever read. No joke.
The love scenes were so warm and tender, but rough and dominant at the same time. And it was so sweet seeing these three people discover themselves together. Discover their new and confusing feelings for one another. I’m actually floored by this story. Holy shit.
Everyone needs to pick this up. It was so cozy and safe. I absolutely loved it. It’s definitely more of a 4.5 ⭐️, but that’s just because I wish it was longer. They glazed over scenes that I wished I could’ve read. But other than that, it was almost perfect.
Wow. I need to read this author some more!

Yuck.
So much about this was yuck.
If you make it through the actual book and are still squicked, do yourself a favor and skip the epilogue. I wish I had.
I will say, I *never* read present tense fiction, but in 1st person, it wasn't horrible, but it definitely aided in the loss of a star.
And really, I could have gotten over all of this if the guys had been more open about their own feelings for each other sooner (instead of using Penelope as an excuse), and if they had used condoms. Say it with me: safe sex is sexy. Even if she IS on birth control, shit happens. Use two forms of contraceptives. FFS. And yes, that is a hill I will die on.

Innocent nerd and two hot jocks
Alright, I purchased this book on amazon for $3.99. So I had high hopes since I usually read kindle unlimited. And I have to say I was pleasantly surprised!! This book was hot as hell. The characters were all very likable. And the plot of a nerdy virgin exploring her sexual nature with two guys, one the forbidden best friends brother, was great. My only complaint is that the multiple POV were written in blocks rather than going back and forth between characters. The first third of the book was written in penelopes POV, then Fletchers, then Shane’s. The epilogue back to Penelope. I would have really like each of their POV throughout the entire book to know how they each were feeling about the things that were occurring. Also, because of the block sections of POV, when it got towards the end on Fletcher and Shane’s POV, they were beginning to explore their own sexual/mental feelings towards eachother and honestly it kind of felt like Penelope was put on the back burner and the real love story was about fletcher and Shane. Also, I don’t need a ton of drama in books, but the drama/angst in this book was verryyyyyyy low.
I still really enjoyed the book, like I said it was hot as hell, there was just a couple of things I would have preferred differently. Overall, it’s worth the read.

Well, JenReadsRomance does it again, throwing out a delightfully filthy rec that you can't help but one-click.
She's a student, there just two bro-friends who give her a place to stay when she needs it, in their home and eventually in their hearts. That's the nice summary. The sassy summary is these two bros realize she's perfect for them and they are all perfect together. I loved how the triad formed and how the two guys fell for each other too.
CW for a throwaway line about the girl thinking she was asexual but she's definitely not and I didn't like how it was used.
