2nd time around, this time via audiobook. I love these characters and this world so much! Highly recommended for anyone who's read the Mercy Thompson series and is looking for a slightly different take on Mercy's world.

Ahh!! This is what I needed. I've been in a bit of a book slump recently and just haven't been happy with the last few books I've read. This book was so the vibe right now. A++ it was so emotional and the main guy was gruff but also really sweet. This was everything!

This book was fun! I don’t usually read this kind of romance novel but I really enjoyed it. The book was the perfect length, you really get sucked into the story but it doesn’t overstay its welcome. All of the characters had distinct personalities and the way each of them would react to the same situation was so different- it made them feel real and helped flesh out the story.
I really enjoyed watching Anna adapt to her new environment and learn to trust others. I can’t wait to read the next book.

This was good but I went in expecting a romance with supernatural elements and it's really a fantasy novel with romance elements. So other may enjoy more with different expectations.
