Entertaining but ultimately unsatisfying and underwhelming. I am a Christie fan but much prefer her full-length novels to her short stories. These are vaguely linked, but not really, and some are better than others, although Poirot himself is good value, as ever.

Miałam to jako lekturę w gimnazjum. Niestety nie spodobało mi się. Było to bardzo nudne. Jak większość krótkich historii i te były niewciągające i nie wzbudziły żadnych emocji. Rozwiązania zagadek przez Poirota przychodziły mu za łatwo. A nawiązania do mitologii były po prostu kiepskie.
