3 stars. This book was nice, could have been 5 stars except for tge following two issues:
1) this is not enemies to lovers. The subtitle of the book sets an expectation for tension for the two main characters to be enemies and develop conflicting feelings for one another. There was no such thing and this is what I came for, so naturally I was disappointed.
2) melodrama. I skip read the last 30%. There are some plot twists that border on soap opera level.
+3) extra. I just could not connect to Xavier. To me he remained a cardboard cut out figure, he was sometimes blond and sometimes brown haired, some lanky dude that was put on a hotness pedestal by Aveena, but for me he was just meh.

But on the good side:
1) nice writing in the first half.
2) nice story of two kids exchanging letters.
3) realistic characterization of teenager Aveena. I could relate to her insecurity and she had a good friendship with her friend.

Soooo this was the second audiobook I have fully listened to in a while... and even though I did not really like the voice actor for the MMC (especially voicing the MMC - it always sounded a bit forced), for some reason this really worked for me
