(Contains some spoilers.)

The end of Ebisu and the restart is hard on all of the Gods, but Yato in particular. Because he just fought with him, and helped him choose to live. And now Ebisu has started all over. Yato has a hard time accepting this.

Then there’s how Bishamon is the one who helped Yato, and how Yukine and Hiyori had to stay behind and wait and worry, only to find out that Yato hasn’t been all that honest with them. It’s definitely a betrayal to Yukine, who Yato should be relying on the same that Yukine relies on him. It’s hard to take that Yato would be using a stray, and I’m curious to see what evil plans his father is up to. It’s definitely bad, and hurtful to Yato.

This series is just so good. There’s a lot of serious in this volume, but then there are a couple extras at the back that are just hilarious. It’s a nice mix, and the author knows how to balance it out perfectly.

I can’t wait for the next one.

I'm not sure why, but I always tend to forget about this series. Though that all changes when I pick up the next volume and completely fall in love again. Noragami is the only anime I've ever watched that was so good that I wanted to see where the story continued in the manga. The world is just so rich, and the advanced concepts never fail to blow me away (even if sometimes I get pretty confused). I think was one of the best volumes yet. It was action packed, emotional, and surprisedly poignant. Of course I loved the main 3, but it was nice to see the whole crew come together to save Yato. Bishamon and Kazuma will always be the scene stealers for me idc. I liked the twist with the father, and baby Ebisu was so cute, I hope we see more of him. This story is just so perfectly crafted ugh, I seriously to read more than 2 of these a year oml.

Epic action sequences, a story rest with great emotional depth, and and some dramatic twists to top it all off.
