This is a very cozy, sometimes borderline too sweet fantasy/romantasy that will help you through stress or sadness out whatever you’re going through. 

I’m not in a funk so I won’t pick up #2 (yet), but it is going in my tbr for next time I need a dose of this happy genre!

In 23 chapters nothing has happened. I don't have it in me to continue for another 30 chapters. I finally lost it at the voices of the cats in chapter 21. I just can’t.
