It was a quick easy read. I’ve read several others in this particular series and I really like the characters.
I enjoyed this book like I do many of Mary's books. This book had me hooked from the beginning. It's about Lori, a television show producer that is being threatened by her husband's killer. She comes up with an idea for her station that surrounds "closed cases." The first case she picks is a murder of a prestigious woman named Betsy. There's a number of suspects and you get their thoughts as well in this book.
I enjoyed it and although I had guessed it (but wasn't certain), I still really enjoyed the book and can't wait to pick up the next book in the series.

Always a nice escape...losing oneself in a new Mary Higgins Clark! This was a nice, easy read. While the mystery wasn't as gripping or thought provoking, it was interesting, kept my interest, and the characters were interesting and well developed, if slightly cookie cutter. The story did seem to tie up pretty easily and nicely, and there was a lack of tension as the big reveal approached, but as a quick, escape reality book, this was perfect.

All the players in a long I solved case reunite for a reality tv program that hopes to she'd new light on the case. I think the book would have been better served with an omniscient third person narrator as opposed to the close third employed to get all the exposition presented in a more organic way.
I don't love her writing, but I find myself drawn to her characters and stories so I enjoy them. Quick reads,
