It was a cute and enjoyable fast read. 
But  I cared a bit less about the characters and ended up not quite enjoying it as much as the previous book.

It didn’t feel as well thought out as other books by this author. The villain’s motivation and execution of plot made no sense to me. I did love the characters, it was very light considering it deals with kidnapping. 

I may read subsequent books…

Found this quite boring, wasn’t terrible but was just very meh. I know a lot of readers thought Zander was super sweet, like a big puppy dog, but for all the sickly sweetness I thought both MCs ultimately lacked any personality. Shame, because I liked the basic premise.
