I feel like almost nothing happened in the book, I don't feel eager to read the next one. I loved the parts with Laurie, and that's basically what made the book enjoyable. The chapters of ollie were sooo unnecessary, extremely long, and we barely learned a thing. Also, I don't know how Fortuna can forgive collith

I’m beyond obsessed with this entire series. I haven’t enjoyed a fantasy series like this since Sarah J. Maas’ stuff. I’m honestly blown away by how enthralled I am by all of these characters.
I also cannot BELIEVE I have to wait for the next book to come out. I am - and will be for the foreseeable future - ACTIVELY pining. I’ve been in a reading slump ever since finishing this, I haven’t been able to read any fantasy romance books since.
I feel like these characters are my friends and I genuinely miss them and their world. This series is going to 100% become a reread. It’s gained top tier status in my personal library, I can’t stop looking at fanart. It’s consumed me.
I was already planning on getting a few bookish tattoos, quotes and fine like drawings, little things, next year. I think I may have to add one of this series’ quotes to the list. I’m in love with these characters, their world, everything about these books.

that was amazing and i cant wait for the next book. Laurelis, babe, you have me entire heart. Collith is okay but if Laurie isn't endgame i'm gonna fucking cry.

Kelsey Sutton does it again with a wonderful installment in the Fortuna Sworn series.
This has to be my absolute favorite so far in the series. I love the fact that it touches on mental health and the importance of accepting who you are, scars and all.
That being said, Fortuna seriously needs to either create a RH or pick someone because I am STRESSED. I went into this one still pissed about Collith's actions, loving Laurie (because, honestly, who wouldn't?), and confused about Ollie. I ended it loving Collith again, still loving Laurie (like I said, who wouldn't?), and with hope for Ollie.
Fortuna really made progress in this book with her mental health and accepting who she is, and we finally got some answers!!!
There really wasn't a dull moment in this book. Between the action, the healing, the love, and the information it kept me wanting more the ENTIRE time. And that cliffhanger?! COME ON!!!! I need more! I seriously cannot wait for book 5, and I will recommend this series to everyone, including people who don't ask for it. This series has a special spot on my bookshelf and I'm anxiously awaiting the next one to add to it.
