This is the latest book in the Will Trent series, though it should really be called the Will/Faith/Sara/Lena series. Once again the big feud between Sara and Lena takes center stage which sadly feels a bit played out and overdone. The flashback chapters interrupted the story flow instead of adding anything, at least until the very end when it made a bit more sense. The author continues to do a great job of developing some seriously flawed characters who you still root for. While this wasn't the best book in the series it was still a decent way to spend an afternoon.

I’m givin this a three only bc I like the Will Trent series otherwise it would be a two. I just didn’t like this book as well and really could care less what happens to Lena so basically a whole book that revolves around her, well, I could do without it. Looking forward to getting the next book in the series.

This story was slow to start but really grabbed you in. Loved Will undercover and really loved Sara and Will’s relationship developing. It was nice to see Lena again too and in her married life

Loved this book just as much as her others. Karin Slaughter does an amazing job of bringing you into the story and creating characters you can really empathize with. Brilliantly written. Can't wait to start the next book.
