I did this book for a cambridge literature exam. Analysing this play was quite interesting and gave a lot of insight on people. Wish I could watch this play in person.

I can see why it was revolutionary for its time. Shaw did a wonderful job at showcasing feminist and marxist ideals. Overall, it was engaging and entertaining. Although, I love it’s characters as much as i had hoped; and i was not particularly fascinated by the plot. I can definitely recognize it’s impact even though it seems to be  liberal ideas in modern times.

this play should have been watched rather than read. I kept my mind opened imagining the scenes and mostly there was a laugh or a smile that couldn't be controlled. it is true you can teach someone to become a true lady or a gentleman but not by lessons. it is mostly taught by treating them with respect.
