Heather never misses. It’s a fun, fluffy read.

I am very much not a billionaire romance person - I think billionaires are a moral failure. But this book literally said billionaires should not exist and made the billionaire throw his money behind lobbying to overturn Citizens United - which I guess is my kink. The characters themselves were so fragile and when they revealed their hurts they carried and vulnerabilities it was really sweet. Also the sub dom stuff was super hot.

this is honestly probably a 4 star book but several things made me bump it down to 3.

1. it got boring
2. mmc annoyed me towards the end
3. breakup trope

why can’t we just have a sexy little femdom book? i wanted hot, dirty smut but i got angst that i never asked for. this seriously could’ve been a novella. imo, there was really no need for a lengthy plot. alas, i am a hater. i always find something to dislike <3

🖕 billionaires

tropey in the last 20% and still too nice to billionaires, but fun

Yeah I fucking loved this. I have seen some sugar babies in romance, but I've yet to see a findom until this book. Who would have thought I'd get to read a billionaire findom/femdom romance criticizing capitalism and the concept of billionaires? This book is the start of something great. Romance authors, do more of this!

I’m confused… this was supposed to be an erotic novella not a poorly executed political debate

This was good but I just felt there was something lacking between the characters. 3☆

Wow! I was led to this book by an episode of the Shelf Love podcast and I'm so glad that happened -- I love this. It's a billionaire romance that's not in awe of the power and wealth of billionaires; it doesn't even really think billionaires should exist. The heroine is bright and tough and in challenging financial position and her company's CEO offers her big money to sleep with him. She takes the deal, eventually, and of course they both catch feelings. But she never lets him off the hook about his wealth. And it's some scorching hot femdom stuff, too. I just...I don't feel like I'm being very articulate about how much I love this, or why, but I do.
