I loved being in Ali's head! Their Ali not real Ali but still.
I'm so glad that we find out that real Ali made Courtney pretend to be like her.
I just wish Ali gave Courtney that chance before she killed her.

You can see that Ali really does care about her friends, but she is always fighting for something.

And Nick. Wow. I didn't think that Sara would fit him into this book. I think nick actually did fall for their Ali but was still loyal to real Ali.

Overall a very enjoyable book! It helps me understand why certain characters did what they did. - June 2015

This was a fast read. While I do have problems with this series, it was fun to see "Ali's" side of things.

I absolutely LOVED this book!! I liked how you could get a whole book an Alison's perspective and great personality as with some of the other books it mainly about the other four girls.
This book kept me reading over night, I really enjoyed it as Alison is also my favourite character too.
If you like the TV series and the other books then I recommend you read this book too!

This is the first book of the liars series I’ve read (yes, I know I ruined a major spoiler for myself). I enjoyed the story telling style and look forward to reading the rest of the books.

Ali’s voice is clear and her character interesting. I’m not sure if the plot is fully plausible but that being said I was willing to suspend my disbelief and follow the journey. Ali’s mental state and change thereof felt mostly realistic (almost exaggerated but given the end of the book her reactions felt fair).

Looking forward to reading the rest!
