I really wish history was taught to me like this. The facts and figures are engaging and organized to thematically explain America’s racist history.

Fantastic. No other way to explain. Everyone needs to read this book, not just teens. Jason Reynolds takes a scary topic and makes it approachable with facts, sources, and just the right addition of humor.
