What's not to love? It's Klaus (poor boy) and someone (once again) taking advantage of him. The story was concise, the art felt polished (strangely) and I really can't complain!

It's such a fun world Way's created—just a big playground with room for what feels like technically anything. Here, Klaus woefully gets the boot from pops to float through the realms in pursuit of glorious distraction and potential fulfillment. Even at its most whimsical, each sibling in the Umbrella Academy has real gravity and tragedy lurking within them, motivating their actions. Klaus has reason to be assumed indifferent, but there's a sadness indeed and yet a real peace he's earned within himself. He always seems one step, drug, night, or chance meeting to catch a swell on the bright side. Good on ya, Klaus.
