Its a very sweet and spicy book. Loved the story and how well the characters complemented each other. I wont say much because I don't wanna give anyone spoilers, but I am sure you are going to love it!!!

This may be the best m/m romance currently available to borrow on the Amazon Kindle Owners' Lending Library.

Really excellent character development, really excellent writing, especially for this genre, and a solid, believable GFY plot.

Also? Super hot. Especially when
SpoilerDylan decides he wants to try gay sex, and instead of wanting to top his first time, he asks to bottom
. I don't know about y'all, but day-um.

I almost gave it 2 stars because I had many issues with a lot of scenes, and how the relationship played out. But all in all it was an OK read

I loved this book and this is a new author for me. I love reading a new author and enjoying the book. Alec and Dylan were so great together and also so so hot together. Even though it took Dylan a while to realize what he wanted it wasn't a painful process at least for me, once you read what he went though you got why. I just really enjoyed them together. I would love to visit them again. Great new author... Okay I just realized that this is book one, lol So I guess we get to see them again ;-)

Reading this because Ari reading this and the blurb seems like a fanfic but duh I'm always all for a fake-boyfriend-turn-lover theme. And with a GFY-jock nonetheless? Yeeesss, this is exactly my piece of candy.

After being hiatus quite long from reading any M/M romance--which ironically because I'm on a way of making one--this story is, dare I say, a perfect choice for my long-hibernated-m/m-brain. A bit uncomfortable with Jaymes' wordings that somewhat feels weird on me--eyelids slammed, breath whoosed? really--but the humor is so good and the characters are lovable, too! And oh, I love this thingy Jaymes' said about 'labels', because yes, they suck sometimes. And I love the ending!

I hope the next book is about Noah? Because he's so interesting yet in here he still looked so troubled. Plus, I want to hear about Rick from Noah's point of view, too. :)

This was an EXCELLENT gay for you novel. I sometimes struggle with the trope, but River Jaymes navigated it with a deft hand. It wasn't so much an exploration of labels as it was a discovery that sometimes labels aren't what are going to help the situation. In fact, sometimes they can even work against people. This deviates from what I typically read (and write), but it worked so well. It was well rounded emotionally, sexy, and just outright fun to read. I'm looking forward to picking up the second novel in this series!

I really enjoyed this gfy story. The sex was H O T and I enjoyed the characters. I liked that Dylan and Alec were equals, neither overbearing aphas nor fragile omega males.

The story also put forth an interesting view on labels in relationships. That labels don't dictate feelings and feelings don't dictate labels, and most of all that you don't need labels to define a relationship.
