I think this book is pretty similar to the first, in a good way. I was so mad at Peter because of the whole Gen video debacle , but then John was a nice spin around the plot and I loved the story overall. I think it was pretty good and kept up with the hype that the first book gave me.
Ahhh I love the cover!! I like the cover of TATBILB better but this is still really good!

This book was definitely better than the first book of the series. Couldn't wait to finish so I can watch the movie. Definitely now interested in finishing up the series after reading this book .

it took me so long because of school but this book is sooo… kilig!
jenny han’s writing improved so much better here compared to the first one. this book had better pacing, the first one felt like a compilation of one shots HAHAHAHA but god, John Ambrose McClaren is so dreamy! he would’ve been a better boyfriend but Lara Jean’s heart would choose Peter! Also, Gen at this point is so… irredeemable to me. She’s so petty and I wish she worked on her issues.
