This was fun and had so many twists and turns and was never boring but I found it predictable, I knew that outcome like 15% in and I was correct.
One of the characters whose name I won't say because I don't want to spoil anything reminded me of Kai from The Vampire Diaries if that helps persuade anyone to pick this up.
there is also a joke with the "N" word and someone being called the "R" word and then there were so many errors in my book compared to the audiobook it made it hard to read along a lot of the time.

DAMN!!! This is by far the best book I’ve read all year. What a heavy hitter. There was not a single boring paragraph in this thriller. I really didn’t expect any of the reveals that came in this psychological thriller, and I’m convinced Taylor Adams is a man with a fucked up head and I love him for it. Stuck at a rest stop with 4 other people in a snow storm on her way to see her dying mother, Darby Thorne finds herself caught in the middle of a kidnapping. Someone at the rest stop has taken a child and has her locked in a cage inside their truck, but who did it? A truly intense read, and I loved every second of it. One of those books that years from now I’ll wish I could read for the first time again.
