I admit that I was in an obvious mood of nostalgia when I read the first book because my good did the second one had me rolling my eyes constantly.
Ms. O'shea, you seem to be in a contestant mood of forgiveness but your wishy-washy attitude was simply outrageous. I'm glad to see that you gave Sarah what she was asking for though. And let's not get started on Mr. Jesse Ward, now sir, know you had your red flag but it didn't need to be as big as the state of Texas. A little communication goes a long way and sir your hypocrisy knows no bounds.
it has to be the writing that keeps pulling me back because there is absolutely no way that I could enjoy reading about these two toxic ditzy characters but I do. The smutty scenes sort of had me rolling my eyes.

Aun quise matarlos a todos la mayor parte del libro, pero esta vez empezaron a aprender a comunicarse mejor entre ellos y a resolver sus problemas (aunque fuera solo una o dos veces) sin el sexo. Comprendí mejor a Jesse y esa pedida de matrimonio fue terriblemente original, hay que decirlo. La mejor amiga sigue siendo una zorra total, pero casi al final vuelve a empezar a ser soportable. La protagonista desde después de la mitad del libro empieza a ser mas determinada y logra marcar limites, pequeños, pero los hay.
Este fue mejor que el anterior, pero aun quedan muchos problemas que resolver, sin embargo esta mejorando y espero que siga así en los próximos libros

Wow. Everything was taken up several notches in this book. Jesse Ward is no longer a sexy, hot & dominant Lord of The Manor. He is an arrogant asshole and Lord of the Sex Manor. Ava O'Shea might be in love with him (and him her) but they are a messed up couple.

I'm kind of sad the book is over. I enjoyed Beneath This Man way more than I did This Man. I got a few of my questions answered, but in their place were added a lot more. I can't wait for the next book to come out. Given the title, This Man Confessed, and that it is the last book in the series, it has to hold all the answers burning in my mind. I loved this ending so much more than the first book, which had me screaming to myself like a crazy person. I am a Jesse fan even in all his possessive, unreasonable ways. He truly does love Ava with everything he has and wants to protect her. Who wouldn't want that? Plus his punishments for Ava don't seem to punishing to me. :) Bring on the next book, I need more CRAZY!

I really liked this series, I've been reading allot of smutt lately but this one was different. I got really attached to the characters, I got really attached to Ava and at time I felt like I was part of her while reading. Her emotions and feelings were so well written that you felt as if you were going through this ordeal. I loved the love story that this book had, you could tell that although this man is seriously (seriously)insane... he was insane with his love for her. My heart would literally melt everytime you could tell he was struggling with his feelings for her.
I can't wait for the next book "This Man Confessed" I can't get enough of this "Crazy Mad" love story!
