Bro the TikTok app lied to me. This book was not it. Ares AKA Wolf is fucking awful. Not only does he SA the FMC(but secretly she’s turned on by it😒) but he also almost choked her out. I’m pretty comfortable by dubcon stuff in romances and read dark romance but this shit felt abusive and then it ends on a cliff hanger 🙄 These kids have way too much trauma to be bumping uglies with just the pill as their form of protection. Dear god Jesus please tell me they don’t accidentally procreate and that’s discovered in the yet you be released next book.

Eden does it again with Eat You Alive. I CANNOT get enough of the Court Legacy and I have been not so patiently waiting for Ares’ story. I was drawn in from the first chapter and finished the book in less than 24 hours! I loved Ares (Wolf) from the prior books in the series…give me all the broken and angry boys! I enjoyed getting to learn about the softer side of him in this book. Fawn is not who I would have expected Ares to be attracted to, but after chapters of the fake dating and bullying (and some hot scenes…wowzers) the chemistry is undeniable. In true Eden fashion, there is one heck of a cliff hanger and I am desperate for more! Well done on your newest installment in the Court Legacy series!
