Felt a little try hard with the banter, but maybe it didn’t translate so well to audiobook? I also kept on getting muddled up with the characters because there didn’t seem to be anything particularly memorable about them…

An interesting dive into the messy side of grief and healing. I don’t think it was the best thing ever but I also don’t think I’m the target audience.

A deeply relatable and touching book that traverses grief, the lows and the highs of girlhood and friendship in your late twenties.

This was a beautiful story about coming-of-age, friendship, and grief. I loved it. I loved each character and I loved how messy they all were. I loved the deep friendships and love they have for each other. This was messy and raw and fun.

Side note: This is the best cover of 2025.

Thank you to Crown Publishing and NetGalley for the ARC.
