This is my new favorite series to read to Henry.
We love the Llama Llama books in our house and this one may be the best. The message is great, and presented in a way that makes perfect sense to the little ones.
Would be best for a back-to-school themed storytime.
An all time favorite here. Owen always skips to the part where MAMA LLAMA YOU CAME BACK and he smiles so big.
First day of school books have their place. And this is a fine book for that. It's cute and it has nice art. And it's not all that predictable or repetitive. But it really does nothing for me. It's not something I'd want to read over and over again.
Read this book to my younger brother during his first week of school. The relatable subject matter comforted him through his Kindergarten jitters. Great illustrations also.
I decided to get this book because my daughter will be starting preschool soon. She liked the book & told me that she will not be afraid of staying in school because she knows that I will be picking her up when class is over.
