Beauty and the Beast reimagined with a dragon shifter prince, a heroine that isn’t actually a damsel and has a hell of a lot of real personality and emotions. Oh yeah, and smut, all the spice you can expect from the first book of a series. Interested to see where she’s taking the plot and enjoying the tension between the characters in the meantime.

A resounding “Meh”…but I’ll preorder book 2

It wasn’t particularly well written, the world building wasn’t earth shattering…but I still want to know what happens. Hoping book 2 is better!

This was a great read! There were so many times I found myself laughing out loud! The characters are unique, complex and I've had a great time getting to know them and they are also absolutely hilarious! It's a twist on the beauty and the beast retelling which I like reading retelling it's always interesting to see how the authors add their own twists! There's four books in this series now and it does seem like an end but I would love to read more from this series! If you haven't read this series yet you are totally missing out!
