I wanted to like this book but I felt like it was slightly juvenile and giving ACOTAR in its writing style. Also, smut for smut’s sake that didn’t feel natural or relevant at times. I didn’t feel why the FMC and the MMC actually liked each other outside of lust, but I trust this author so will continue.

As someone who enjoys romantasy and spice, this one was just seemed over shadowed by the constant references to sex. Not what I was thought this was going to be. I appreciate the humor in between, but the the focus could be on better plot development.
