Made it about 25%. Just getting bored and irritated with the romance dynamic and the secondary characters are all kind of blending together. Too long to push through something that just wasn't grabbing me.

Seems like it was rushed to publishing. There were moments that referred to something that likely was previously explained but somehow cut in editing.

So action packed I had to take breaks to catch my breath! Whew! What a ride. The villains are truly terrifying and haunt my dreams. The main love story is intense and steamy and beautiful.

I can't wait for the next one.
