Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for an e-arc in exchange for my honest review.

This is a thriller that I read a while ago (8 months ago) and it's a bit forgettable [forgot to even write up a review]. I remember bits and pieces of the storyline but that's about it. This is a decent domestic thriller though and has a lot of wild twists in it. I kind of wish the ending went a different route but I was entertained by this book overall.

I would recommend this to someone who is newer to the mystery/thriller genre and likes a story with a bunch of wild twists.

Wow! What a twisty rollercoaster ride of a book. I'll admit that I spent a large portion of this book just trying to figure out what was so darn special about Freya, but whatever it was, it worked because these characters were definitely drinking the Koolaid. This is a story of obsession, and nobody does obsession like a teenager, most especially this teenager. Honestly, I could go on and on about all the ways this one disturbed me, all the ways Robyn Harding showed just how talented she is, all the ways the twists just kept coming. But I won't because that would give spoilers and this is one that should be read spoiler free. This is everything an edge of your seat thriller should be and then some.

Good god, everyone in this book is out of their mind. I loved it!

I'm sure people who really like these domestic thrillers will like this book but it wasn't really my cup of tea. None of the characters were good people and they were all secretive and dramatic. It drove me crazy and just wasn't really enjoyable.

This book is full of unlikeable characters who make really questionable decisions, and yet I could not turn away. It was addictive, unputdownable, and well-written, and I was definitely entertained!
