Extremely cogent and well-documented analysis of marketing trends, at least according to my lights. Had a difficult time believing that one of the articles, written in the 1960's, could still be so entirely relevant to today's market. Highly recommended read for design or data-oriented thinkers.

Another one that took me forever. While the articles were very interesting, I was surprised by how theoretical most of these were.

3.5 stars. The articles I found useful were ‚Learning from the Future‘ ‚The High Price of Efficiency‘ and ‚Roaring out of Recession‘ - probably because I was able to immediately find some overlap with situations I am familiar with. There were also some interesting insights in the other articles, however those are the ones I got the most value from.

If I could only recommend one of the HBR books, it‘d probably be this one. Is it the best management book ever? No, but still very insightful.
