This was so cute, sweet, and suddenly so spicy!!! I was starting to fall in love with Nick because if he wanted to he would and HE SURE DID UGH. And the spicy scenes… goodness gracious pls Nick. The way my jaw dropped and I screamed internally and externally and bit my knuckle trying to contain myself while reading this book in many public places my oh my. Also loved this trope of independent woman refusing any kind of help, but man consistently trying and doing everything? And grumpy/sunshine?

The only thing maybe I didn’t like was how fast it went and I wish it dove a bit deeper into Shae’s feelings and maybe how quick Nick felt so suddenly protective the moment they met. Also, there were a lot of typos that kind of bothered me lol. Overall still enjoyed this book a lot hehe.

This book is definitely not for everyone. But I loved this holiday romance. The way Nick treats Shae and her girls is adorable. I love that he calles her "sugar plum" it's so cute. I couldn't put it down.
