Christmas. Cowboys. Spice. A Hallmark Christmas movie in book form. Only reason I could t give it 4 stars is because there were a good many grammatical errors and towards the end, it seemed the author forgot what character POV the chapter was from. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a spicy Christmas book.

Spice level:

the definition of a man can do both

This book is very cute. I did love the ending. However, it needs edited badly. So many issues with grammar and spelling. It took away from the story. That is why I gave it a 3. I really loved most of Morgan’s work but this one is just not that well written. The spice is a 3

It was fine overall but I do feel like it could’ve been a holiday novella. Around the 75% mark I found myself pretty done with the story. Spoicy for sure.

Cute story where he falls first but she is determined to stand on her own. A quick holiday read.

"You’ve got big Nick energy.”
“Big Nick energy?”
“Yeah. You know, like Saint Nick? Santa Claus? But your name is Nick, soooo . .”

Morgan Elizabeth is the queen of Christmas romances. I said what I said.

I ADORED this. Single mum meets Christmas tree farm owner, I didn’t know I needed this until right now.
Nick. The man that you are. Talk about a man with the utmost respect for his girl. His relationship with Ruby and Harper was so perfect and I absolutely fell in love.

I love Shae. A hard working mother with a horrible past relationship falling in love again. It was truly beautiful to see it. I love her and want to give her a big hug.

I want to read everything Morgan Elizabeth has written now. It’s always feel good, respectful men, and strong female leads. It’s just so good!!

OH. MY. GOD.
Where’s my cowboy 😭😭
This book had me all in my feeeellsss. As a single mom to two boys who are close to the ages of Shae’s girls, I easily related to a lot of this book. Which is probably why I devoured it and truly felt the feelings that Shae was going through.
Her hesitation, her stubbornness, her fear, all so real! And all the sweet moments with Nick, just him always being there even when Shae wanted to push him away. And Harper and Ruby were so freaking cute!!
