I assumed going in it would your typical playboy falls in instalove and yada yada. But no, it's more. The plot is beautiful, there's twists and turns. You *feel* everything which in and of itself is incredible.
Playboy Pilot could not have ended any better! Truly a magnificent work of art.

After reading Playboy Pilot, I'm truly convinced that the writing duo of Penelope Ward and Vi Keeland is magical. They just have "it." Their collaborations are some of my favorite books. Playboy Pilot was outstanding. Fantastic. Incredible. Everything about it was just perfect. The writing it top notch. The characters well developed. The plot fresh and unique. One of my favorite books of 2016! I was laughing by page 3 and pretty much laughed my way through the entire thing. It wasn't only haha humor, there was hee hee humor too. And of course, the dirty talking pilot. Sweet Lord. Every time he opened his mouth I was panting. I couldn't turn the pages fast enough. Carter is a sexy as sin pilot. He spots a little blonde woman an airport bar and there's just something about her. He can't help but flirt with her which just seems to fire him up. Kendall is at a crossroads in her life and she needs time away to figure out what's next. She's buying a ticket and going on an adventure, she just doesn’t know where to. Carter makes a suggestion hoping she'll catch on, but not knowing if she's going to choose the same destination as he. Turns out she did! Her adventure now becomes their adventure. And oh what a ride! They open up to one another more than they ever have. There's just this unspoken connection that they can't deny. The sexual tension is off the charts. Their chemistry is blazing inferno. Their fun time adventure quickly turn serious and they can't seem to say goodbye. When Carter's playboy past keeps showing up, will Kendall be able to trust in Carter or will she run? Carter is a different man with Kendall. He doesn't want to go back to jumping from bed to bed. That's not who he is anymore. Can he convince Kendall that he's really changed? I cannot even express how much I absolutely loved this book. It's…I…can't…even. Carter isn't just a pretty face in a sexy uniform. The man is effing hilarious! He has a dirty, filthy mouth, but he's sweet, kind, loving and has a heart of gold. Kendall is beautiful, funny and wants to be a better woman. She's learning who she is and what she wants out of life. This story just got to me. There was a deeper, soulful meaning behind all the jokes and banter. There are signs everywhere you just have to stop looking for them. You only get one life, don't waste it! I laughed, cried, swooned, laughed more, cried more, got mad, yelled, cried again…you see where I’m going with this. All the feels people. All of them! I bow down to Vi and Penelope. We're just not worthy!

I giggled, I laughed, I felt sorry, I had a tear. This book made me feel all of it. What a wonderful read!
As you can already guess by the title we have a Pilot who is a playboy.
Carter and Kendall both have choices to make. Carter may not know it yet but he has some time choices ahead of him.
Kendall already knows she has to make a choice that will impact her life forever either way. What would you choose?
Only it’s not as easy as all that, what if a hunky pilot crosses your path and you have to choose.. could you choose?
Kendall gets to know Carter inside and out and she is digging what he has going for him. But she is still struggling with her choices. Carter can’t help his past and it tries to come between there budding relationship a lot. But in the end will love be enough?
I know I have a lot of question in my review this time. Because that’s what I kept doing while listening I was questioning everything. Most of my notes are questions. So I thought it fitting to add to my review.
I totally loved that Carter wasn’t what I was expecting like AT ALL.. He is just the kind of man I love to read about.. Dirty talker but with a heart of gold, who will surprise you at every term. One of the best nick names ever “Perky.” It’s fitting and funny and endearing all at the same time.
I lovedddd this audio, Andi Arndt, Sebastian York together are magical. And boy howdy if you don’t know Sebastian York you don’t know what you’re missing.. And he speaks a different language in this book.. Swoon right there!! I would listen to him speak the phone book to me I swear and it would make me melt.

As always, I really enjoyed this Penelope Ward book! I love these playboy turned love struck fool stories. This one is deeper than most and I have to say I love how sweet and thoughtful Carter is, he is truly swoon worthy. There relationship is full of adventure and some ups and downs but in the end it's a good love story. The sex scenes were pretty hot and there is even some parts that will make you really laugh out loud :)

I absolutely love this duo's writing. Another chart topper!!! Loved the chemistry between the characters. This book really makes you think. There is also a lesson to be learned. Don't let the money or the possibility of a bad situation control your life. Don't make split decisions. Whatever you are meant to have will be yours, when the time is right. The ending seemed a little rushed, but still a very good read.
