I really liked this story and thought both characters came across as likeable yet flawed. I think Carter was wonderful but as I read the book I had to remember that he is called an asshole by many previous lovers for good reasons. He may show Kendall one side of himself but for a long time he showed lots of other women a different one. It made me accept why she made the decision she did even though I was yelling no myself. I think her reasoning was strong and selfless. She knew she had some growing up to do and she went down that road no matter how hard it was. The irony was Carter, in spite of being older, had just as much growing up to do as well.
I also appreciated that even though Carter was basically a player and was running into woman after woman he screwed, Kendall kept her cool. Yes it irritated her but I bet if the shoe was on the other foot he wouldn't have found it so amusing either. And I gave an extra half star just for the fact she was a women with a sexual past and was confident in herself!
I think this book really did a good job in showing how characters can grow and change and yet not make them the bad guys. I fully expected a typical man whore tamed by the right woman book but this one went beyond that. The details into Carter's and Kendall's lives and the contrasting trips they took really brought home how deep these characters were written. I enjoyed it way more then I thought I would Kudos to Penelope and Vi as I usually hate these man whore is really such a wonderful guy and the herione has a stick up her ass stories!

This books was so fun from the very beginning. I was so invested in Carter and Kendall. I loved their chemistry and i just was like please get together already. The sexy scenes were..just...wow. Carter, though he was a player, was an amazing person. I wanted more scenes at the retirement community. The only thing was I hated how every time a stewardess was mentioned, the question if Carter slept with her came up. I was like I get it. I wish there was a sequel because I want more Kendall and Carter. I recommend this who love funny, cute, and sexy romances.
Have to say not a bad book at all, but not one of the best done by these ladies. Will I recommend it yes, but not if you have already read all their other books. Good as a first book to introduce both ladies.

This read was a total roller coaster of fun, heartache, uncertainty and love. Two people who didn't know what would come next but wanted to live in the moment together as long as they could. Absolutely loved the book from beginning to end and was so happy with how Carter and Kendall's story ended!

᎒ I don't recall reading one of these authors before, so for the first time it was a good experience. Everything seemed good to me, the writing, the plot. Funny scenes and I loved that the narration was of the two characters.

While I originally read this book several years ago, I recently listened to the audiobook and it was just as amazing as I remembered.
I love Carter and Kendall. From the moment the met their chemistry was fantastic and I felt that chemistry just continued to grow as the story progressed. They were both supportive of one another and were exactly what the other person needed.
The characters, the story, the humor, the steam and the wonderful playlist sprinkled in make this one a MUST READ!

I was grinning the entire time I was reading the first half of the book, occasionally singing Beatles song along the way, pulling up another tab on my PC to make sure that I got the lyrics correctly. Playboy Pilot was really a fun read, sure there were bumps along the way, mostly during the 2nd half of the book but I loved most of it. The songs, the signs, the adventure and the depth of each characters are sending me to vertigo.
Such a thrilling ★★★★✩ 4.5 stars read! What an unforgettable ride of risk and adventure! Kendall Sparks is at a place in her life where she needs to make an important decision that is not to be taken lightly. She decides that to truly figure out what she wants to do she needs to get away from everything and makes an impromptu trip she has yet to decide where to go to yet. Enter Carter Clynes where they meet at an airport bar while waiting for a flight. Words were exchanges, food and drinks shared, thoughts put into the mind, and we are lead to trips of a lifetime.

What would you choose...love or money? Which is more important and can knowing someone in such a short time worth the risk? Whatever you choose at the end you can say you had lived experiences you will never forget.
