Could've been amazing with all the travelling and stuff, but Kendall annoyed me to no end with her pitying herself (when she's lived a privilliged life) and constantly slut shaming every single girl she comes across. Her refusal to seek out any other option than to solve the biggest problem she faces just clarifies that she's spoiled and selfish.
Carter could've made listening to the rest of the audiobook bearable, for he is cultured and respects eveything, but turned out to be a cliche completely... so disappointed because the other books in this series were amazing... would personally recommend skipping this one. I don't know where the slut shaming came from, because I don't remember that being in any other book by this author before.
Also, I'm not sure if this is entirely true, but it seemed Sebastian York didn't even want to be narrating it because he kept sighing (unlike any other audiobook he's perfected) and leaning on his words. I don't know why but I got a giggle out of that... I'm probably wrong, though.

I might just be a complete softy, but it was seriously so gooey sweet at the end. It follows the usual formula so don’t go into it expecting some wild plot twist lol. If you like pilots, a fluffy light read, and a happily ever after this one is for you.
