Written in the Stars was a cute, grumpy & sunshine, fake dating romance book that I needed enable to get out of my reading slump.

Darcy and Elle were so adorable throughout this book and I loved how they fell for each other so quickly.

Also, a good surprise was that this book happened during Thanksgiving and Christmas time so it was a perfect book to read during December.

omfg i loved this. is it the best book i’ve ever read? no. but is it one of my favorites? yes. it was genuinely funny and the romance was kind of like everything. i loved the involvement of astrology in this book. these characters were so lovable and relatable. darcy and elle’s relationship from beginning to end was like just so good. i loved their tension and the way they developed feelings like it didn’t have any nasty tropes like miscommunication or like an annoying amount of denial even. this book was just so enjoyable and i loved it.

I wanted to read Sapphic books - I like astrology, so I thought reading this book would be fun.
But unfortunately, I didn't like it. There were too many unnecessary details and dialogues.
I DNF at 27% - I gave it two chances but it wasn't for me.

A cute romance, but the writing could have used a tighter edit and I don’t know if I fully believed in the love story. There was something emotionally distant about the way the characters were written. But I want to delve into more sapphic romances, and this was a good start.

It's good, but it's not great. Very cute. Loved the sex scenes? Loved Darcy a whole bunch. I thought it was good, reminded me of Josh and Hazel by Christina Lauren
