I wanted so badly to enjoy this book, I loved 'the Road' & the influence '... Meridian' supposedly had on Abercrombie's 'Red Country' perhaps set my expectations too high.

It's dense and the prose is hard to parse. The fast paced action scenes with no complex punctuation mean that pages slide by without being taken in.

O início, o final e o juiz são os pontos de destaque, mas não sustentam o resto. Basicamente a gangue vai do ponto A ao ponto B e mata tudo pelo caminho por 200 paginas, consigo entender o porquê, mas junto com o estilo de escrita se torna chato demais. A alegoria ao gnosticismo é interessante. Pretendo reler algum dia.
