Wow. On surface level a story of the violence and brutality of humankind across a desolate landscape. Further examination of themes throughout bring light to the commentary on war, fate, and religion. There’s a lot to unpack - too much for just my first reading. I look forward to continuing to read between the lines on multiple read-throughs in the future for a further examination of all there is here.
Everything about this book just works, the convoluted writing style only adds to the surrealist horror and hyper violence, just a simply amazing book and piece of art
