This is a book about tea ceremony and associated zen buddhist philosophy. I read it because, to be honest I'm not quite sure but it was a book that was around so I thought I'd read through it. It's a quick read. It's not really inaccurate but it stays fairly surface level (which is kind of to be expected). It's fine if you aren't looking for something that is in-depth and a rigorous philosophical work.

Very soothing book to read! Not as many steps and plans as I would have liked, but some good ones at the end. Overall a wholesome book that makes you feel lighter reading it.
